Reflect

Windana’s Reconciliation Action Plan formalises and furthers our commitment to reconciliation, with actions across our sphere of influence between December 2022 and November 2023.

Our first plan is at the Reflect level. Its focus is on communicating what reconciliation means for Windana, developing and strengthening our relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders, and exploring how we can translate this vision into actions in the spaces where we work.

It lays the vital foundations for us to develop our next Reconciliation Action Plan (at the Innovate level), as we continue our ongoing reconciliation journey.

Our Reflect plan features the beautiful artwork of Dion Wait of @descendantartwork.
