Sandra has extensive clinical nursing and management experience across diverse sectors including public and private hospital nursing, palliative care, general practice, neurosurgery, aged care, mental health and alcohol and other drugs.
She has an active understanding of the social model of health and a commitment to trauma informed practice. As well as being a Registered Nurse Division 1, Sandra has a Master of Nursing, Graduate Diploma Health Services Management and a Graduate Diploma in Addiction.
Sandra values teamwork and collaborative practice with other service providers and considers the staff providing the service to be Windana’s most precious assets. She is committed to high quality care and creating a workplace and treatment space where staff and clients feel respected, safe and empowered.
