Community Services programs are working with clients in-person and via phone and video appointments.

Please call Windana’s Reception team on 9529 7955 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) for further information and to book a Community Clinic appointment.

Residential Rehabilitation
(Maryknoll, Barwon and Grampians Therapeutic Communities)

  • New residents will be asked to have a Rapid Antigen Test during their Admission. Positive results will need to be registered as per government requirements. If the new resident tests positive, we will work with them to plan a new admission date when they no longer have COVID.
  • Visitors are restricted – please phone the TC for more information.

Withdrawal Services

Adult Residential Withdrawal (St Kilda) and Windana Youth Community House (Dandenong)
New clients will be asked to have a Rapid Antigen Test during their Admission. Positive results will need to be registered as per government requirements. If the new client tests positive, we will work with them to plan a new admission date when they no longer have COVID.

Non-Residential Withdrawal
Our nurses are supporting clients through a combination of face-to-face appointments (with PPE) and remote sessions where possible .

As always, if you need support outside of business hours you can contact DirectLine on 1800 888 236 or LifeLine on 13 11 14, twenty-four hours a day.
