About the program

PIVOT works with young people aged 10 – 23 to increase protective factors, community connectedness and sustained engagement in school, training and employment.

We help you through intensive case management, working with you to build your skills, relationships and community connections, and helping you linking you in with supports and services that can help you reach your goals.

We also work with your family to make sure they have the tools and resources available they need, as well as access to any additional supports.

How we work with you

PIVOT works with you in three ways:

Case work

  • Meet immediate needs
  • Develop motivation for change
  • Create realistic plans
  • Build efficacy and self-esteem
  • Support new skills and relationships

Case coordination

  • Coordinate services effectively
  • Link participants to services and resources
  • Advocate for young people and their families

Family inclusive practice

  • Single session family meetings
  • Coaching and problem solving
  • Facilitate service links
  • Encourage help seeking behaviour
