Pathways for ChangeWindana’s Pathways for Change model outlines how and why change occurs when people access services at Windana, as well as our influence on the external systems and structures we work in. It captures the nature of recovery – namely, that every journey is unique, charts its own course and has its own destination. The model recognises general, specialised and self-determined client pathways, as well as a Systems Change Pathway. |
