We are delighted to release Windana’s 2023-24 Annual Report, approved at our Annual General Meeting on Monday 25 November 2024.

This year, our report is structured around the pillars of our 2024-26 Strategic Plan. It tells a story of how we’ve positively impacted clients, the sectors we operate in, our workforce and sustainability – while continuing to grow and innovate.

Many of the highlights included in the report are about the journey to become a single organisation – delivering well over 30 services to clients across Victoria. Client stories (by Daniel*, a young client in the Navigator program for school reengagement and Sara*, who engaged with several connected services including the ResetLife day rehabilitation program) illustrate the importance of clients being at the centre of services for life-changing impact.
