We welcome all feedback – whether you want to give a compliment, make a complaint, or share a comment. Your feedback ensures the services we provide to our clients and residents are of the highest quality possible.

Whistle-blower Protection Policy
Windana has a Whistle-blower Protection Policy that enables people to raise concerns regarding situations where they believe Windana or anybody connected with Windana has acted in a way that constitutes serious wrongdoing, including unethical, illegal, corrupt, or other inappropriate conduct.
If you have reasonable grounds to suspect that any employee, Board Director, volunteer, or contractor has engaged in misconduct or breached any provision of the general law, you can report your concern to:
- the CEO at or;
- if you feel that the CEO may be complicit in the breach, Windana has engaged an independent whistleblower service, delivered by WorkLogic. Disclosures can be made to WorkLogic’s Integrity Line by calling 1800 468 456 during business hours or lodging a report 24/7 at integrityline.com.au
