We are very pleased to share Windana’s 2024-25 Annual Report. This report is a fantastic reflection of our people’s dedication in a year where we supported over 5,000 clients.

This year we’ve included a new section called ‘Connected Services Highlights,’ showcasing some of the key projects and achievements from a significant year for our organisation, along with spreads on our Reconciliation Action Plan launch, Rainbow Tick Accreditation, and Lived and Living Experience Action Plan.

We also include four powerful client stories that bring our work and life-changing impact to life. These include Bel, who following successful withdrawal and program at Maryknoll, rebuilt her life, and Stella, whose participation in ResetLife led to her successful transition from client to a volunteer team member supporting other young people.

We thank our funders, primarily the Victorian Government and South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network, and everyone who made Windana’s work possible in 2025.
